Note, maximum strength diaper rash cream is meant to be used to treat moderate to very irritated butt rashes. It starts relieving diaper rash discomfort on contact and can be used to provide a protective barrier from wetness while the diaper rash is healing. Once healed, you can switch back to a lighter zinc oxide or plant-based diaper rash cream like our Boudreaux’s Original Butt Paste® or Boudreaux’s Butt Barrier Ointment.

- Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil

- Myroxylon Balsamum (Balsam Tolu) Resin

- Change wet and soiled diaper immediately
- Cleanse the diaper area and allow to dry
- Apply ointment liberally and as often as necessary with each diaper change and especially when exposed to wet diapers for a prolonged period of time, such as bedtime
- If product is oily, please mix oil back into paste
- For external use only
- When using this product avoid contact with the eyes
- Stop use and ask a doctor if condition worsens or does not improve after 7 days
